Staff Policy at Uppsala University

The Vice-Chancellor has adopted a Staff Policy for Uppsala University (UFV 2021/1066). The Staff Policy increases the visibility of the University’s common values, as set out in the Mission, Goals and Strategies, by fleshing out and clarifying the responsibility, attitude and expected behaviour of staff towards each other. The Staff Policy applies to all members of staff regardless of role, including managers. It has been developed by the Human Resources Division and academic representatives in consultation with managers and other members of staff at the University.
